THE CABIN SLEEPS 4 PEOPLE IN TWO EN SUITE ROOMS. ONE ROOM HAS A DOUBLE BED AND THE OTHER HAS TWO SINGLE BEDS. FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN.
The perfect bush ec- getaway option tucked away in a valley. The cabin has it’s own private sunset viewing and braai deck where you can lift your feet up, while the songs of the birds in the valley below make you forget about life for a while .
And being off the grid, no hassles with electricity to worry about.
Parking is at the cabin . The cabin can also be booked with the private tent camp to accommodate bigger groups.
HIDDEN IN A VALLEY AND SURROUNDED BY NATURE AND THAT UNDENIABLE SENSE OF SOLITUDE, THIS SCENIC SPOT IS A TRANQUIL ESCAPE WHERE INDIGENOUS BUSH AND AN ABUNDANCE OF BIRDLIFE HELPS YOU UNWIND AND RELAX.
Designed with your convenience in mind, our private top tent camp with 12 V electricity provides you with basic suitable features and amenities for a comfortable and enjoyable outdoor stay. Hot water showers and flush toilets makes even your winter stay comfortable. One family tent and two 2 sleeper tents keep it soy yet big enough for small groups. Camping refrigerators, gas stoves with wash up facilities are available in the kitchen. Kitchen is equipped with crockery and cutlery. Can be booked with the Cabin for functions as it is adjacent to the cabin.
SOMETHING SPECIAL
Our Riverside Campsites provide guests with the comfort they need, with a fully equipped communal kitchen and shared ablution . 220v Electricity is available at the kitchen and there is a back up generator.
This is a great option for friends, families with older children, and couples or groups. We have family tents as well as double bed options available. Each camp site has it’s own braai area or if it rains, there are also covered braai areas available. Game grazes the lawn at dusk and dawn.

We’re happy to provide our guests with self drive game viewing . On your bike, by foot or in the comfort of your own car, you can explore 550ha of bush finding our game.

Vehicle Access
WHAT SETS US APART
Horseshoe Game Reserve has opened up an abundance of routes on the 570ha reserve. All these routes are accessible with 4x4 vehicles and we have 3 picnic sites evenly spread out over the reserve with water and toilet facilities. These amenities will give guests the opportunity to have an enjoyable outdoor experience. Take advantage of our 4 x 4 routes and when you decide to stay with us.
Wood fired hot tub
A CONVENIENT OPTION
The wood fired hot tub is in a area overlooking the mountains and krantz, making it ideal for romantic sundowners or those cool evenings. Our wood fired hot tub can be booked from early to late .
Picnic sites
